Where we ship

We currently ship within Canada. Available shipping methods, charges, and estimated transit times are shown at checkout for the destination and items in your order.

Processing times

Ready-made orders are normally packed and handed to the carrier within 2–3 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Custom, personalized, wedding, event, and bulk orders have separate production timelines that will be discussed and approved before the order is finalized. Processing times are estimates, not guarantees, and may be longer during launches, holidays, or unusually busy periods.

Delivery estimates and tracking

Carrier delivery estimates begin after an order has shipped. They are estimates and may be affected by weather, holidays, remote destinations, or carrier delays outside our control. When tracking is available, it will be emailed to the address used at checkout.

Address accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Contact us immediately if an address needs to be corrected. We cannot guarantee changes after an order has been packed or shipped. Additional shipping charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address may be the customer's responsibility unless the error was ours.

Delays, missing packages, and delivery issues

If tracking shows an unusual delay, or a package appears missing, contact jennscandlegarden@gmail.com with your order number. We will review the tracking information and, where appropriate, work with the carrier. A carrier delay by itself does not automatically qualify an order for a refund, but any rights available under applicable law remain unaffected.

Warm-weather shipping

Wax can soften in high temperatures. Retrieve packages promptly after delivery and avoid leaving candles in direct sunlight, vehicles, mailboxes, or other hot locations. If a candle arrives heat-damaged, follow the damaged-item instructions in our Return and Refund Policy and contact us promptly with photos.

Local pickup

Local pickup is not currently available unless it is specifically offered at checkout or arranged with us in writing before the order is placed.
